We sell arcade machines, virtual pinball systems, replacement parts, accessories, custom options, and related products and services. Product availability, specifications, pricing, compatibility, and lead times may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline transactions at our discretion.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors at any time, including after an order is submitted.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage must be reported immediately and, when applicable, before the delivery driver leaves. Failure to inspect promptly may affect freight claims or other remedies.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Custom Work
Canceled orders may be subject to a 7% restocking fee. Custom products, custom artwork, design work, and similar special-order services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Any return request must be approved in advance by Rec Room World.

6. Warranty and Support
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, on-site service is not included. As is standard in the pinball and arcade industry, warranty support may include shipment of replacement parts and customer-installed repairs using written instructions, remote troubleshooting, phone support, or video-call support.

7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photos, logos, videos, product descriptions, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Rec Room World and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without written permission.
