Dealing with used arcade cabinets is beyond the scope of our business. The storage, repair, and resale of used cabinets would be another full time business venture all by itself.

Unless otherwise stated all RecRoomWorld products come with a 1-Year Warranty (our ULTRA VP comes with a 2-Year Warranty).

It is the responsibility of the customer (consignee) to inspect the packaging (wooden crate/cardboard/or foam wrap) upon arrival for damages. If there is visible damage to the outside of packaging the customer has to open it up and inspect for product integrity before releasing the delivery driver with a waybill signature.

In the unlikely event that any product arrives damaged the customer must note the damage on the waybill, next to the customer's signature and have the drive sign the damage description together with his name and phone number spelled out. Additionally, in the event of a damaged shipment the customer must open a claim with us here at RecRoomWorld within 1 business day and cooperate with the claim process in a timely manner.

All issues with items that have another manufacturer's warranty must be handled by the manufacturer. Full warranty terms are included with third party product purchases, and available upon request.

We accept returns in sellable "as new" condition only with all original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs. All returns must be authorized first by phone or email. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom-made and special-order items are not returnable, that includes any product with customer selected artwork choices.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been custom wrapped or processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items. 

We always try to print and apply our artwork wraps to match our customer's expectations. However, we cannot guarantee that the final colors on our artwork wraps will match exactly what you saw on your computer screen, especially since display screens are differently calibrated.

That being said, we can send preview pictures of our prints for approval before applying them upon request. In general, this has never been an issue, since our graphics department has a keen eye for detail and would automatically reject any major color fluctuations from the original intent.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we will provide you with an invoice listing various payment choices. If you choose to use a credit card, it will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
